Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the infiniteos.ca website and the services operated by Infinite Outsourcing Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

1. Services Provided

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions provides Outsourcing and Staffing Solutions: connecting employers (“Employers”) with potential candidates (“Candidates”) for temporary, permanent, or contract placements across various industries.
We also provide additional services including:

a. Business Consulting: Offering strategic planning, operational analysis, and optimization advice.
b. IT and Business Automation: Providing technology solutions and process streamlining services.
c. Platform Access: Providing an online platform for Employers to post jobs and for Candidates to search, apply for jobs, and manage their professional profiles.

 

2. User Accounts

a. Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
b. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
c. User Categories:

  • Candidates (Job Seekers): Users registering to search for employment, upload resumes, and manage job applications.

  • Employers: Users registering to post job openings, search for candidates, and utilize outsourcing/consulting services.

 

3. User Obligations and Content

a. Accuracy of Information: All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and current.
b. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service:

  • In violation of any applicable national, provincial, or international law.
  • To exploit or harm minors.
  • To send unauthorised advertising, spam, or chain messages.
  • To impersonate Infinite Outsourcing Solutions, an employee, another user, or any entity.

c. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you upload, post, or display.
d. Employer-Specific Terms: Job postings must not contain illegal or discriminatory requirements. Employers are responsible for all employment offers made.
e. Candidate-Specific Terms: Job placement is not guaranteed; Infinite Outsourcing Solutions acts only as a facilitator.

 

4. Intellectual Property

a. Service Content: All original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Infinite Outsourcing Solutions and its licensors.
b. User License: By submitting content (e.g., resumes, job postings), you grant Infinite Outsourcing Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute such content solely in connection with our services.

 

5. SMS Terms and Conditions

SMS Consent and Communication:
Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:
You may receive:

  • Appointment or schedule reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Inquiries

Example:
“Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming schedule with {Client Name} at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on communication type (e.g., up to 2 SMS messages per schedule).


Potential Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In Methods:

  • Submitting an online form on our website
  • Creating a profile in our portal
  • Filling out a paper form

Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Additional Options: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

6. Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or contact us for formal account deletion.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinite Outsourcing Solutions, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
i. Your use or inability to use the Service
ii. Third-party conduct or content
iii. Content obtained from the Service
iv. Unauthorised access or alteration of your data.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions does not warrant that: a. the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b. any errors or defects will be corrected; c. the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d. the results of using the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, particularly regarding the success of any outsourcing, consulting, or staffing arrangement.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
